At KC Essentials, all sales are final due to the handcrafted nature of our products. If your order arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours and include photos so we can work with you to replace the product. Refer to our Return and Shipping Policy with more info.

Yes, we hand make all of our products in Kennett Square, PA.

Our candles are made of 100% soy wax and cotton wicks creating a natural, clean burn.
